The challenge
Beyond Beauty Club had already expanded into several EU markets, shipping directly from the UK using DDP and IOSS. Launching in Spain was different. Carriers couldn’t clear parcels, and customs rules on cosmetics made imports from third countries extremely difficult, even for products manufactured in the EU.
With retail and D2C demand rising, Beyond Beauty Club needed a creative, scalable way to get orders flowing into the EU.

- Cross-docking through Ireland for direct injection into the EU via UPS
- A pre-cleared cross-docking route via the Netherlands using DPD and JAS
- A custom WMS integration to generate DPD pre-cleared labels
- Parcels consolidated onto pallets to reduce clearance friction and shipping cost
- High-volume label printing and packing materials for branded deliveries
