Can you work with my existing Amazon account?
Yes. We need limited access to your Seller Central account to create shipment plans and labels, and you keep full control of your account and inventory.
Do you handle international FBA shipments?
Yes. Farfill ships FBA inventory to Amazon fulfilment centres in the UK, EU, UAE and Australia, including the customs documentation.
What happens if Amazon rejects my shipment?
If Amazon rejects a shipment because of an error on our part, we correct it and reship at our expense. Rejections caused by Amazon policy changes or by the products themselves may incur extra fees.
Can you store my inventory before it goes to Amazon?
Yes. You can ship larger quantities to Farfill and we prep and send stock to Amazon as needed, which helps you manage inventory levels.
